Even though the organisation was really employee friendly in terms of their policies. The employee's of the company weren't much helpful. This was the least interactive organisation I have ever stepped foot in. I was not welcome since the first day and nobody never told me what has to be done. The HR never picked up calls. The HRs were so unresponsive that I spent my whole tenure at the company without even getting to know the password to my email. Week in week out I would call them but was never provided with any resolution. They had logged in the account during induction and thats where it ended....Read More

Worst management. Toxic culture. Biased HR who only listens to the manager and doesn’t even bother to listen advisors. Select city’s manager of Sephora india i.e Neha khanna. She is a thug. She didn’t give beauty advisor’s their incentive and spend every penny of advisors hard work on her trip. She makes your life living hell if shedoesn’t like you and If you are not her puppet. She will say wrong and bad things behind your back. She is worst. People already complaint against her but even CEO is not doing anything coz for them beauty advisor life doesn’t matter. Everything i said in like section. It’s a living hell. If you work here you won’t be able to work in other brands for 6 month. Even if you manage to get an interview they will give worst feedback’s to your interviewer company. They make sure you don’t get hired anywhere if you left Sephora or Arvind brands.
