The policies at Arvind are absolutely good for the works as this gives them that extra milage in pursuing responsibilities.

Dislikes

Long Working hours at time which is not an issue but compensation for the same needs to be adapted.

Ground label support is very poor, compensation & benefits are also very poor, management also doesn't address the ground label issues.

Work Details

The job is quite ok, I struggled a lot to get the technical supports, I learned how to shot out the issues on my own with the support of my team mates. I learned how to control the worst situations even there is no support.
