Job Description
We are hiring Retail Staff for our brand store at multiple locations in Bangalore,Hyderabad, Chennai.
Job Role:
- Advising customers on their purchases
- Greeting customers
- Processing transactions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Assisting customers
- Merchandising
- Cleanliness and upkeep of store standards
- Displaying items
- Inform customers about fashion trends
- Serving customers
- Getting feedback from customers
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Promoting products
Note:
Must have - Excellent communications skills with good personality.
Preferred Candidates - Retail/Hotel/Aviation/Fashion Apparel Industry
Exp - 0 -3 years. Candidates with interest in fashion industry and fresher willing to learn will also be considered.
