The tradition is to do the same in the company, so don't worry if you don't have that kind of skill the company won't fire you. You have job security and medical security, if you don't steal, and sextually abuse someone, you won't lose your job.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

If any one need peace this company is perfect for that employee, but make sure there increment policy, the increment is once in two year. Salary Appraisal is terrible and Work Environment is more or less adjustable. Some of the employee are very good they can help you in your work field and some are very ungrateful, they'll just do the work from you, and take credit for doing it.

There are too many salary benefits Holidays are also a cherry on top You will learn many things if you are interested about jewels.

But the office politics are pathetic. You will only get hike if you keep oiling your seniors. Being at e-commerce it was a pathetic experience for me. The Assistant Manager’s behaviour is tremendously bad and the director’s listen to the higher authorities only no new ideas are been appreciated if you are an executive.
