I have been working at PC Chandra's Burdwan showroom for 4 years. There is no system here. The last words of the area head. So they run the showroom in their own way. There is no such thing as rules and regulations. And let alone work life balance. I joined with a salary of Rs 9013, today my salary is Rs 11,807. What else can I say about sadness?Owners must think about this.
