Mental harassment, no respect for hierarchy, Ineffective work culture, laziness, nothing on the track. It would be better to avoid this. More you can learn and grow elsewhere. They have a Use-and-throw attitude, uninformed decisions, and abuse of power. You are supposed to deliver selflessly to selfish people. Excessively exercise silent layoff.
