I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

The ratio of paid to unpaid interns is quite low, with about 1 paid intern for every 5 unpaid interns. Some tasks feel unrelated to data analyst role, focusing majorly on manual lead generation. The CVO often interrupts team discussions within the server without understanding the context.

The exposure to different roles. As a data analyst intern at Ozibook, you're pretty much working with all teams even when not required as a technical help if nothing else. Strategy building, Management, BA, Marketing, Designing, you'll do everything and have a little bit experience of everything. Absolutely zero work life balance. Even though everyone is from the same country, there's no time zone difference, meetings are being scheduled for 11pm at night. They literally have fake JD. Interviews had completely technical questions but after joining not single of them is used. So much politics. Says flexible timings but expect to work whenever they want even if that is 12am or 1am. No holidays at all. So unorganised.
