In pandemic situvation no any help me from hr team.no co ordination local& central team.more communication gap.no clarity word recived specially future carrier in oyo. Local vendor continues follup regarding payment & Po from me & central team .but no word in my hand.centrally no responce recived by vendor. Very bad impact in future for local support. As per oyo asset installed in hotel.but no R& M department present in duty due to member for long leave.very poor planning in pandemic situvation. Oyo Asset life is 50% reduce due to avoide preventive maintenance & moisture in equipment etc. (Each company R & m department is back bone for company.)but in Oyo not in seriousness. This is more impact in future. Till time no any one suppoert to employees. It is not good. Till time no clearity for future....Read More

Good work company but couture & company policy is not good mostly down line staff is chief & I hve sikayat krne pr job se nikalne ki dhamki di jati hai last time mane kuch staff ko chori krte pkad liya tha jime Property ka GM,HM samil the but un pr koi action nhi liya or service hed ne mera hi resignation man liya q ki sabko ko hissa jata hai
