This is the first company PAN india who had done lay off that too without a single rupee compensation, they even didn't think once that how will there employee will survive without the salary, how will employee will give his child school fees and his parents medicine.

Dislikes

Every 3rd month there will be lay off news and job insecurity is at it's peak.

Leadership of upper management. Hub Head of Gurgaon is the worst manager to work for. Spineless leaders who even though are in sales department yet do not move an inch to visit market with mid level managers. PIPs are used not to improve performances but as a tool to get rid of employees looking for direction as laziness and lack of team management skills are rampant at upper level management. Few mid level managers were asked to leave forcefully. No job security if you land up in Gurgaon....Read More
