I really had a great time working with OYO and that was made possible by my managers, my seniors and mentor. They all were available for training and help me out with any thing at any time. Be it a personal or professional , their support was always there. But the situation for job security is very bad here as i was doing very good job but still when company was restructuring in January my name was there on the list of employees who didn't make the cut , I was in it without any solid reason . But my manager they stood up and took me back in. Thanks to him again . And now in Covid 19 times i was sent on furlough till 31st August from 3rd of May with limited pay benefits of for month of May and June and No pay for July and August....Read More

Situation on Job Security and issues faced by lack of training and some times of sheer ignorance and arrogance of ground teams and conflicts between property owners and OYO

There was a brief introduction of my JD and i learnt from watching my seniors and team members working . I struggled a bit but was ok due to immense support offered by my Manager.

Decision taken during covid 19 was poor . No compensation . No job security

There is no job security in OYO they can fired you without any reason any time even in training aswell, appraisal given by them were 2 to 6 percentage only. Office timing is 10-7 but they forced to stretch till 10.00 pm. 1st & 2nd Sat is working but rest 1 sat is also mandatory in every by many execuses like target did not met by team. HR is also not helpful never help in any situation, always support management there is no value of employees who growing their business day by day....Read More
