I would not recommend joining under inexperienced managers, as poor leadership can impact your work environment. I like the environment in which we work.All employees are too supported, understand a lot and here we all work like a family . Too initiatives made by the HR department for curricular activities.

Dislikes

Here I dislike the most is that work from home is not available. I say that that atleast all Saturday & Sunday will be holiday.
