Work place must always be a temple and should have a homely atmosphere, these both the things I found in Oxford school of Nursing. The principal, The management, staff and the students as well , are very co-operative and dedicated towards there work. There is offourse a good salary appraisal, hundred percent job security ... Because of the team work, students become innovative and pro active,this is the speciality of Oxford. It also helps the students to explore their hidden talents,which will definitely help them in their career growth and for the Staffs as well. Outings are there for students on their holidays and academic postings will be conducted . Family and profession can be balanced fantastically, excellent teaching is seen in Oxford .
