Great opportunity to work in an INGO, which gives us a feeling of helping the needy without disturbing my bread and butter. Compensation is decent but growth a big no. Work pressure is high. Though you have work timings scheduled, my job role requires me to give more time to the organisation. The past 1.4 years hardly i would have reached home early,until i was unwell or there is some emergency situation. Added responsibilities without information and training.
