Likes

I liked compensation package, team spirit and work culture. Flexible working hours and humanity protection policies

Dislikes

I didn't like the short term job contracts (six moths or less),dust and cold working environment in the field and sometime heavy work load and late working hours.

Work Details

I was the Program Finance Manager, managing a team of two subordinates. I was responsible for Financial management, Grants and Donor funds management as well as Partnership management

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
