no HR deptt. in company. not disbursing salary on time. (around 20th day of subsequent month. if they think so.. else end of subsequent month).. company's suppliers payment not at time no skill development, no job security, no administration deptt. job security (0)

no HR and Admin deptt. in compay, same not disbursing salary on time. every employee over there on temprory basis on cash payment. no benefit to work over here. no job security
