Company is good with bad management , its a mess because there is no process followed for most of the things. The work culture ,HR communications is not really up to the mark. Micromanagement and spy on everything, no FreeHand's to work ,come up with our own ideas. Lack of proper training, handholding and information shared locally.Everything is asper the whims and fancies of local management who just misleads the France team by cooking up the stories .
