There is nothing to like about this Organisation only Pro is work from home.

1. No appraisal 2. HR is pathetic they wont respond especially Jyoti. 3. 10 hour shift 4. There is a lot of Micromanagement. 5. Some people dont even know how to talk. 6. There is no learning so no company hire people from here as you dont learn anything.

This Company is amazing for the Candidate who wants to make his/her career in the field of Accounting. Outbooks Company is a certified employer of ACCA that means the person who is currently pursuing ACCA can start their 3 Years of PER ( Practical Experience Requirement ) in this company.

Working hours are too long here. Salary for the fresher is also not so nice.

One of the worst companies to work for. The managers have no manners to talk. Even the managing director uses unprofessional language to address his employees. The company is micromanaged but they act like they are some multinational organization. Moreover, they expect you to work 15 hours in a day and even attend calls at midnight while you're asleep.

The product on which they are working is competitive and provides learning new things about UK accounting.

Dislikes

As it is competitive there was no work life balance at all. After employees resign , same number of new resource were not allocated which made the work load on existing employees more. Too much micro management we have seen here.
