Do not join this company (i am not able to use abusive words but i am dying to use it) Forget all your family and money problems but do not join this company because here you will get your mental peace and self respect degraded and harmed! I joined this company but trust me it ruined my mental peace in such a way that i got a trauma for life now! Everyone who is on managerial position is biased and english speaking illiterate they think they are brilliant but trust me they are most pathetic nonsense people live working there! No doubt they will give you heart winning salary package but be ready to be there slave and congratulations they won’t feel your self respect is even exists. Congratulations if you join Mot***f***er Manish's team team in charter team in Rally Ourbus your career is doomed for next 6months favouritism and office politics plus HR is the special subordinate with Sales team Manager they know to chew and throw out any ones career at point of need in name of startup culture

The senior management is unaware or blind being aware of bias being held at grass root level plus people gets sac when they deny to share insentive to team lead supported by Manager discreetly and along with which they will make it silent firing, by giving you sorted worst leads and providing thier liked ones with best leads churned best ones for own self manually
