Excellent leadership and people. Growth wise, there are good opportunities and visibility.

Dislikes

Work culture is more like a manufacturing industry. Also depends on what center you are, the IT organization is mainly BPO kinds, and policies mimic those. No focus on learning and development.

Work life balance is not great, typical like any other IT services industry.
