Company is very good but somewhere company have to look employees side as well. Will tell some observations about the Branch manager. 2. Gouseep & politics always he will do with the innocent employees 4. Branch Manager behaving employees like primary school students 5. He don't know how to make team bonding, always think about split 6. people's are working honestly & efficiently however there is no value for them 7. This manager forcing employees to put bucket. 8. Employees are fearing to tell truth in front of management. 9. BM spoiling his quality & he is not upto the mark. Suggestions: Company need to survey one in Half yearly & get the genuine feedback from employees else company brand will spoil bcz of some people.
