For freshers one should never join this company. There's no job security, the high authorities always poke new joiners like work better or else you will lose your job from the first day. The one who always work honestly they don't even praise them instead the one who works frequently they praises them . Manager's right hand are themost annoying person they always try to make your work worst. The one who always listens to the managers,are treated like god, they are the one who get more appraisals bonuses benefits even if coming late to office.
