This is the black point on the name of Vardhman, The Promoter is not capable to drive the business and a Lier. All businesses are in heavy losses. very heavy loan of more than 200 Cr. to pay. Textile almost to closure within a year. Textile Bhatinda and Ludhiana are closed. They are planning to sell the plant land as real estate. Nalagarh unit is running only 15 days. Old Machine and high cost of conversion. Very high politics. new person can not sustain. Real Estate Vardhman Amrante has not delivered a single project in last 10 years. lot of approval is pending. Hire an fire policy. Salary not coming on time. They have not deposited PF since April'23. If you are working, beware to join. Vardhman Polytex has no future. They don't have money and resource to continue the business. 2-3 old employees are making fool promoter. company is using the brand value of old legacy of Oswal. But actually company has nothing. Poor leadership from Adish. Very much confused and no vision for the organization. Hire and fire employee.Now downsizing their business.
