Nothing disliked, but from Monday to Saturday office timings become hectic somewhere; it would be good if this from Monday to Friday as it would be impactful for workers and enhance their productivity. The second reason is the lack of lunch gathering; everyone has lunch at their own desk/table, which creates a some vibes of isolation and a lack of bonding among the co-workers.
