One aspect of working at oswaal books i found challenging is a 6- day work environment. I have been working in a 5 day work environment for over 7 years now & i am still trying to adjust to 6-day. Oswaal Books should seriously consider at least making 2 alternative Saturday's off to manage work life balance. it will in return increase productivity
