Osource is an great organisation for gaining experience in different processes of Finance and Accounting. There are many processes where we can get experience of different modules such as SAP, Oracle, ONEX, and many more. There is great transperancy between higher and lower level employees which is very rare to find in any organisation which helps to resolve many issues

Dislikes

Opportunities for career growth and professional development seem limited. More structured career paths and training programs would greatly benefit employees who are looking to advance their careers within the company.

If you are working here as a fresher, study here for at least 2 years and find a job elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. You will not make a career here. coz there is already a long line to go to the manager level. Don't waste your valuable time by putting a line back in it. If you are experienced then don't come here. look for another job but maut ke kuve mein maat padoo..

Whiile leaving the company the manager and his superiors don't give us simple best of luck but farewell and cake stay away, they want us to work with their company for rest of our lives. on days when you work till late, the managers doesn't even come to ask coz u r still working, n the company doen't provide late sitting vouchers and snacks to the staff. after leaving office 8:30 pm the company doesn't pay the cost of going home at night. when exiting, the managers superiors don't sign the exit form quickly, they show their posts. the rest of the tea, coffee machine is of very low quality. the toilet is not scrubbed properly, the basin is also choked up, the liquid soap for washing hands is kept with excess water, the drinking water machine is not cleaned. The garbage is never removed from where we sit and not cleaning the computer desk. while leaving the company you have to give a notice period of 2 months (after 6 month completed by you) even if you are executive level. otherwise, if less notice period is given to the company, the company will not pay 1 month month's salary in full and final settlement. Leave pay is only available for 10 days & is calculated on top of your basic salary. so take leaves while in the company otherwise those leaves are of no use after leaving the company. now a new rule has been made, if you want to leave the company after getting an increment, you will be written on the increment letter before that whatever increment you have made will be recovered from you from your full and final settlement. and it is true that they had incremented me by Rs. 2K from Apr 22 and when i left the company in Aug 22. they recovered my Rs. 8K from me during the company settlement. it is said that gifts are given in Diwali & they are very cheap and sweets are also very cheap. You feel ashamed to take it home. i used to give it to a beggar on some train platform. bonus is not even given in Diwali here as given in salary structure statutory bonus amount 826 is given every month which we get after every 3 months. i.e. 2478 additional amount is received in the salary in the month July as compared to 826 in the previous month from April. if your salary is more than 25k then you don't get statutory bonus of 826 per month. so if your salary is 25k then you are not eligible for bonus....Read More
