I was working with ORRA, in last year they disolve marketing Executive position in a minute. In a minute me and my 74 marketing Executive colluge are jobless in second, whenever you are planning to join ORRA think once again. Rest things are very slow but overall good experience.

No job security, can be thrown to any location as company requirements which are actually soft layoffs just to secure themselves from legal actions, plays with the carriers of employees, not a single job position is secured. Never join at any of it's location/ job profile.

Work Culture, poor inter-department collaboration. Don't accept variable pay. It's paid once in a year and if you leave before variable pay disbursement, you ll lose the entire amount.
