Complete miscommunication between management and the on floor team. Like in my case my case salary got credited into dormant account even after sending the mail no body bothers to reply the whole salary got debited bad experience.

No innovation or ideas are entertained. Company and employees still working like they are still in 1900's. Really unhappy with the culture of the company. Please grow up even local market people don't work like this.

Pathetic. I have experience of 12yrs in retail jewelry, but i have not seen any company forcing their employees indirectly to go to customer house without any appointments created that too in this pandemic situation.
