I am very happy to working in this company the work load is 50% minimise as compare with back office. Salary is good, insensitive excellent, 💯% transferency & 0 politics. Good company.

Dislikes

Facing the problem to take other extra holiday than your week offs, this is only one thing that I desapointed

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
