First of all there's no job security, but even if you manage to save your job here, you'll not get enough paid, no promotions, no culture. Let's talk about work-life balance, it's considered as joke here. You'll get calls at night and you're supposed to answer those calls. If you don't, then congratulations you are no longer Tripfactory employee.

Nothing, management keep changing the process which makes it difficult for the staff, they don’t know what exactly is the profession
