Useless Inactive HR department they won't respond your queries they only send mails to cut your salary . Very high internal politics especially in operations teams , Groupism and discrimination is on peak due to internal politics. Its a corporate MNC so I loved the corporate culture and the office ambience.

They make us sit in bench for a very long time and eventually ask us to retire voluntarily. I was with one of the worst manager(Mr.PremKumar) who treated only his favorable employees. I wasted my 2 yrs of my early career in Orion and laid-off without any experience in work. still now i did not get any job and no one care about a middle-class fresher's life. No job security CURSE YOUU !!!!
