Initially before joining I thought this company cares for the training of minority unemployed youths, but after joining I understood that they are mostly focusing on the benefit of the company so that they can get more funds from govt of India for these projects.

Dislikes

Not only that they do not adhere by the rules when it comes to the payment of salary, but also that the higher administration do not even have the minimum understanding of communication basics, and that they do cancel the employment without being able to show and justify proper reason and then also does not give the dues. The administration doesn't even know to write a formal official intimation before writing a declaration for the cancellation of appointment. And the worst part is not being able to show and justify proper reason and not giving the dues. Career growth is so slow. There's no job security as mentioned above. And above all, they make employees' work at the minimum possible wage. Salary structure provided is so very poor....Read More
