No, the orion one of the worst company in skills industry. I will never suggest to any one for work in this organization.

Company plan and rules, no career growth, salary increment never happen. work cultural not good. Job security very poor.

There is a lot of policies and rules making by management but did not follow them. Poor management, no growth, hr policies not followed. Mediclaim and any other employees benefits not provided. If forget or login or logout in our mobile device Attendance not rectified Salary deduct.

Here you can focus & learm many things as it's a consultancy & they're still growing. The scope of learning something new & developing of your skill will be much easier than other companies . There is pressure but it drpends on the team & department one is working with. Overall company culture is environment is good . HR department is very much slow,man power low,no intension to work Salary is on time Pressure is huge,marketing team is fully dull,false candidate is given by marketing team for class Trainer responsibility is increasing day by day Salary is not increasing
