Most of the things are good, for example, management is good and is very approachable, if you are a new comer or fresher, you will get loads to learn, vision is good, job security is there and no one will keep putting on pressure regarding work,, good clientage, good remuneration is offered, no hassle in getting leaves if you have completed the assigned task.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are few and slow and the other negative point is company culture.

Work is always exciting, sometimes challenging as well and you will meet a lot of people, most likely big shots, from client servicing to media planning, everything has something to look forward to.
