They will treat you as if you are good for nothing, they will treat you as if they are doing a favour by offering you the job. Sorry to say this but company in deep losses every year they layoff peoples even they hire new people and layoff them within a year. If you are looking for job security it's absolutely zero. Other negative thing is so much politics in every department. Oriflame is use to be big brand earlier but now it's a sinking ship.
