I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Sorry to say this but company in deep losses every year they layoff peoples even they hire new people and layoff them within a year. If you are looking for job security it's absolutely zero. Other negative thing is so much politics in every department. Oriflame is use to be big brand earlier but now it's a sinking ship.
