Management is poor when it comes to Manufacturing facility in India. Everytime for every silly mistake they haunt people in the name of termination. Their way of taking challenge is so poor that even a newly joined can take better decision than management. They don’t have funds to maintain the regular inventory for Maintenance and Production related work, nothing is organised, for every penny you need to take approval from MD. Sorry to say this but company in deep losses every year they layoff peoples even they hire new people and layoff them within a year. If you are looking for job security it's absolutely zero. Other negative thing is so much politics in every department. Oriflame is use to be big brand earlier but now it's a sinking ship.
