- From learning point its okay because company following old methods of doing work and you have opportunity to develop new methods if you get support from manager, otherwise no opportunity to learn.

- very poor commitment from HR and employees. worst HR policies. - No job security. No career growth. - I have never seen such a worst work culture. - Do not start working unless you receive appointment letter on first day of your joining. otherwise you will not get any offer or appointment letter in future. - salary always late and they definitely hold or deduct your salary giving any useless reason. - Abusive behaviour from superiors. - employees who are working are not ready to change themselves for better.. and they do not want to adapt new ways of working. - Attrition rate is so high that in every 6 month you will see new employee for same post. - No training policy....Read More
