HR executive lady thinks that she is owner of the organization, very rude behaviour. She must be having a God father from top management, so she don't respect even a VP level person. This is a sign biased culture and has no value for professionals who really care about company's growth. Work culture is worst, CEO's ego driven policies keep changing on daily basis. He don't trust on his team and gets everything out sourced. Instead of working on growth strategies, he keeps himself busy in vendor negotiation, commercial discussions, in almost every issue of every dept, except the things, the CEO is actually supposed to do. Single point decision making culture lowers down the pace of growth of the organization. Unpredictable work atmosphere, no one knows what will happen tomorrow, e.g. site team didn't know anything (even project Head didn't know) and construction contractor came to start the work....Read More
