The only thing to like about this company is there is nothing to like about it. This place was highly toxic. Please save yourself from this place. Job security is a far fetched concept. Unqualified people are at higher positions and don’t even know how to use excel pivots. For simple tasks they have formed departments. This company is truly creating jobs…redundant jobs. No processes, no structure.

Dislikes

The increments are low. People are here because they can not shift anywhere. It is ruled by a CEO who has an inflated ego, doesn’t listen to anyone and this company is surviving because there are few customers who give set business. Still the product quality is bad, the R&D team is unresponsive. They take decisions without any firm data. The CEO talks narcissistically. One moment he says something and changes his statement in the next 4 lines of the conversation. They don’t want people with brains.
