Zero work load, At shift incharge level you don't have even if there is any minor leak or any issue you will have to ask to your Production manager first if he say attend then only you will go for that. So in short for growth purpose worst company while for work load best company.

Dislikes

No job security, worst safety culture for example if you join the organisation you did not get safety shoes immediately will get after 1 month and they ask you to work in Plant , employees are not promoted, zero skill devlopment, Production Managers does not know technical Chemical engineers terms, the entire team does not go for any preventive and predictive Maintenance,

Nothing to like. Very rude company, didn't see in my IT career to behave of HR DEPT. like before. So rude while communication. Doesn't have respect of any human being.

Dislikes

All the things specially HR dept. is worst. Doesn't have a sense how to communicate and behave to the senior in office. It's just like adda of terriost.
