The work culture and high performance culture makes it an exemplary place to work. motivating leaders who build trust in their team adds on to the advantages and benefits. I have been blessed to have such organization that gave me immense opportunities to grow and utilize myself freely in each project.

Dislikes

Work life balance— Though I did not suffer much on this area but I have seen people staying back for hours and nights to work which is not a good example of a great work life balance. Also, 5 days working is a must in today’s busiest schcedules where we live in nuclear families. A saturday off can enable individuals to relax for a day by doing all their tasks on saturdays.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
