Appraisal need to be more transparent, inter collaboration can get improve, ,salary was average for engineer which were passed out from premium institute (like NIT's) . Need to integrate sport culture inside company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My teammates is very good knowledgeable honest peoples and then every month some training needs conducting the management for example fire& safety,Behaviour based safety, road safety, etc. Orient management staff is understanding and management is motivating the employees and then taken work results so job is secured. I'm interested in honest and hard work so if any organization is given well groth. Orient organization is given Salary package is good but apprisal system is not good mostly fifth number .
