once you are in the company for a long period HR team feels that because of your incapability you are stuck here . Lot of Bureaucracy , and unwanted politics. Required decesions not taken on time. Lot of delay in decession making. HR team is still learning to get things in line. Employee feedback is not important for HR also most decesions are made without the involvement of on field employees. Everything. The Management takes decision based on primitive ideologies, no new idea is accepted or appreciated, HR department is biased towards it's employees based on personal relationships. Seniors are not supportive and backstab any new employees. Management wastes new talents and their skills by doing worthless exercises.
