The plant is designed and commissioned by EIL and has best equipments. Everyone here has an opportunity to learn and prove. I also have an additional responsibility of management representative to implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS. And hence inspite of my job in production I learned about mechanical and electrical engineeringand now working as Manager maintenance. Dislikes

Compensation is good, work environment is decent but company growth is slow or not at all growing in respect of sales, as there comes ban or restriction on use of thermocol from government. Plant is old and you have work with old version equipments and instruments.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to look after and maintain all plant equipments including electrical and control instruments. These are old and some are outdated. Safety is the key parameter as we are handling low boiling hydrocarbon liquids.
