There's no future if you start working for the company. They start treat g you like donkeys once you join them. Even if you work there at the top level without any subordinate or assistants to work with you, they don't recognise it reward you. I had never about retirement in private sector, all I knew was vrs, they introduced me to retirement in private sector. The boss of the company uses words to his employees, very unprofessional. My salary for relieving was not given, they practically stole it in the name of policies and procedures. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Working days were from Mon-sat pre corona and during corona it almost everyday without any assistants to help me....Read More
