As it is Central Government factory job security is excellent, it is completely metallurgical as well as mechanical factory, good scope of experience, growth in knowledge, good working atmosphere, scope for responsibility , leadership, knowledge of advance machinery

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
