The work pressure, they expect us to work for 12+ hours daily and on weekend too. Lack of respect to staff. Salary of teacher gets cut if students do not pay fees or if teachers do not get target number of students to join the school.

I liked the training part. All their trainers are very professional and polite.

I had a terrible experience at their Kurla branch. I resigned with 4 days of joining. The Principal of Kurla branch Ms. Kavita Chatterjee was very very rude. She started degrading me in front of the other coordinators right from the second day. The primary coordinator there Ms. Dipika who was handling the EYP section too was not ready to share responsibilities with me. She didn't want to let go things from her hands. Not ready to share details of teachers in my team. They did not introduce me properly to my team. Moreover principal threw taunts right early in the morning at 8am<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Their work timings are from morning 8am to night 8pm</mark>. Conducting unnecessary meetings for petty n foolish things. When I told all this to HR the reply I got is because it is work from home so you have to be available all the time. I mean can you imagine they are so inhuman. I do want to work but not at the stake of my self respect. They provide many facilities during this Corona pandemic period and many informations about covid awareness ... and obviously company policies are very good..staff of there is very supportive and friendly

Dislikes

Mine shift was at night that's the only thing I feel I never wanted but still that was also a good experience for me... I still want to join there after this pandemic is under control but not got any contact or information about this job yet.. waiting for it
