It is a good school to learn creative teaching and learning different methodologies. Students will be encouraged and emphasised to learn all the skills on their own through guidance and motivativation. Good atmosphere for teachers and even non staffs. Teachers will be treated and cared very well.

It was a great experience in Orchids BTM branch. Joined as a co-teacher, then after proving myself got to be a main teacher for grade 1&2. Learnt a lot and happy to work with Orchids again. Salary also was not a problem. You perform you earn it.

Students are good and all the teachers are very hard working.

No management skills. Prinicipal was very rude.They used to put lot of pressure on the teachers that many teachers have left because of the stress. Eduvate books are of no use at all and there are lots of mistakes in that.Many books RS Aggarwal,NCERT books etc are availabe ,they are making money out of those Eduvate books and fooling the parents. Teacher has to face the parents if any mistake is found in the Eduvate books and the books are printed by the top management.Company policies (like keeping the originals of the employees )are not good at all. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Sometimes meetings are extended so long that we reach home at around 6 or 7 and no salary for that overtime work too</mark>....Read More
