First of all, they have merged operations and sales marketing together and FOE and counselors are PRM (parent relationship manager) . Branch counselors and FOE have to do each others work together, just for the sake of k12 techno service company's "cost cutting" Pressure on FOE of sales and marketing, loss of pay if not completingthe target on daily basis, and worst part is they can terminate anytime if we are not meeting their "expectations" They didn't mention at the time of interview about this sales and marketing thing....Read More

The worst company ever. No job security. Management can hire and fire as per there mood swings. Management doesn't respect employees. Treat them like animals. Suggestion for new joiners,, do not waste your time and energy here. They do not promote internally. Find something else for your stable career.

They make you wait after school for "meeting". They do not even provide a helper teacher for pre primary. They do not even have a staff room where the teachers can do their work or eat. Students disrespect the teachers and the teachers are supposed to be okay with it. The school is so short staffed!!!

The cons of working at Orchids are many but I would just highlight the important ones. Though the salary is good as a fresher but it comes with lots of pressure too. It is just a cold calling job where you get no respect you work there as an unsaid slave. The management level at Orchids is the worst, there is no ground level analysis, nobody cares about the root cause of the problem and even if there are too many higher degree graduates but the application is zero. Furthermore there is no growth in orchids for instance if you start at position A you'll end up being there only. In addition, the work environment is not suitable for a peace mind person because it is too much chaos, internal conflicts, jealousy, and you don't have a work- life balance. Pov: don't have a expectations to get an appraisal because you won't get it. To summarise the whole I would say that orchids is good for a person who doesn't have any goal in life to be successful. The management is partial, new employee are getting a good package though they are not that qualified. Hardly we get any appraisal. Nobody looks into the salary things actually. They don't pay good to all the staff. Even they didn't give the May salary. 😕 Some people run the house only by themselves, they suffer alot.

There is nothing to like in this school. They will treat you like animals.

Dislikes

They extend the timings, after office you have to work till 12,1. At night. Principal coordinator are very bad. That is why in every Month or in every week teacher gives resignation. No respect, very bad in terms of giving salary, they tell you to do overtime and after promising also they don't give that money .
