This workplace has unfortunately proven to be a deeply negative experience, characterized by a toxic work culture, a complete absence of job security, and a profound lack of work satisfaction. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes of informing others and potentially prompting much-needed change within this organization. The work environment here is far from healthy. E.g., "Gossip and backstabbing are rampant," or "Communication is consistently poor and often aggressive," or "Management plays favorites and creates a hostile atmosphere."This creates a stressful and unpleasant atmosphere, making it difficult to focus on work and negatively impacting morale. A Constant State of Anxiety: Job security is non-existent. E.g., "Layoffs are frequent and seemingly arbitrary," or "Employees are constantly threatened with termination," or "There's no clear path for advancement or even consistent employment."This constant fear of losing my job has created immense stress and anxiety, impacting not only my professional life but also my personal well-being. It's impossible to feel invested in the company's future when my own future here feels so precarious. Beyond the toxic environment and lack of security, the work itself provides no satisfaction.E.g., "The work is monotonous and unfulfilling," or "There's no opportunity for growth or learning," or "My contributions are consistently undervalued and ignored." I feel undervalued and uninspired, and my skills are not being utilized effectively. This lack of fulfillment makes it difficult to feel any sense of purpose or motivation....Read More

When i've joined everything was smooth only front desk work I need to do but later on they've mde School a CALL CENTRE.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture & very bad Management. Bad increment after giving whole 1year they only increase 1000rs of your salary.Every week they made new policy which you have to accept weather you're comfortable or not.Those people who are working their since 4 years they don't respect and give appreciate but for new employees they give good salary 3 times better salary and so many more things.

As I am working in orchids from last 3 years. After corona school was working fine, but now the working environment is not good as principal here is toxic and do office politices. If you back answer her or say no to any work she will be back of your life. Still will make you work and call upto 11 pm in the night. Better go for ther school.

Everything, neither the culture is good nor the academics. Out of 91+ branches I think no branch is affiliated with any board. They don't have knowledge of any board. They are just running random schools on lease. They will shut down any branch any time without a single thought of students or employees also They will open any branchwithout any planning. Everything is bad, they just hire you for their season time and in off season they will just call you and say tomorrow is your last day, shameless people, poor managers, poor owners, poor management overall worst company to join, no payback for your hard work. They just treat employees as working machine. Such companies will never grow.

There is always something new to learn being a part of an education organisations. Small cute faces, Innocent talks of kids supportive and helpful colleagues helped me to stay five plus years. Problems will be there in any firm but we should see the positive things always first.

I was working here for 8 Months in Kharadi branch,the principal were horrible and even abuse the teachers verbally.Infrastucture was not completed,they bound us to take classes upstairs in the terrace and during monsoon the rain water was inside the classroom,bathrooms were no lock.Parents were complaining for the ambience,all the teachers were suffering,they pay less than mentioned in the joining letter.Worst experience and principal was horrible....Read More

Good company. As a teacher I got great exposure and experience. I love my subject planning team as they are prolific people with great knowledge and experience. Love working with them.

Dislikes

They do need to work on competitive salary package for teachers. Too much work due to staff shortage and micromanagement. Also the alot of amendments are required to improve the portal work and teacher facilities like amount of regularisation and leave policies, etc. Working hrs starts from 7:45 till 4:00pm

No work life balance, you have to work after going home, you can be called after at any time after evening to work and attend meetings, favoratism is the key rule that is followed here. Salary increment is just 600 to 800 rupees per year if new or old it is same may be changed for favorites. You can be given any subject to teach. Never show your talent as that can lead to lots of work. If your work time ends at 3.00 pm still you have to stay back and work for more than that....Read More
